Though Eric’s background is in Physical and Occupational Therapy, he is also certified and is extremely skilled in Thai Massage Therapy. He received his training in Thailand at the Wat Pho Temple, which is renowned as the birthplace of Traditional Thai Massage.
Eric received his Yoga Teacher training certification 17 years ago at one of Ottawa’s premiere yoga studios. Since then, he has been classically trained in Rishikesh in India, the world capital of Yoga under the tutelage of his present-day Guru, Yogi Kamal Singh. He went on to complete further levels of trainings, including two 500-hour Yoga Master Programs, which has allowed him to lead numerous teacher trainings, and to teach extensively abroad from India to Thailand, the Maldives, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Vancouver and Hong Kong.
Eric has recently returned home to the Ottawa Valley, and is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and experience in Thai Massage and in the practice of Yoga and healing with you.
He performs Thai Massage and presents Yoga in a way that is accessible to everyone as he emphasizes safety and body alignment in all of his massages and lessons. He has a grounding and vibrant energy.

Whether you're a beginner in your practice your yoga or ready to go from beginner to intermediate or intermediate to advanced, Eric can help! Yoga is a lifestyle and a lifelong practice.
Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.
THAI MASSAGE
Thai Massage focuses on improving and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body and combines dynamic-assisted stretching with physical pressure. It's a unique experience that helps to deeply relax the whole body and mind. The massage is provided while the client is fully dressed and instead of a massage table you lie on the floor on a large thick mat.
